Beautiful Chapeau
This is a beautiful hat (or "chapeau" in french) it comes from the designer Jennifer Hoertz in NY. The perimeter inside of the hat, where your head would go is 22/23 inches which makes it a medium size hat. It's in great condition and comes with the original box as well.
